    The Recruitment Team
    Michael – Academic Director
    Michael is mainly responsible for the overseeing the development of policies and procedures on the recruitment process and conducts the majority of the face-to-face interviews for senior staff. He is also responsible, alongside Ying Barber, for the academic side of our programmes. Michael is also the main representative for the recruitment of students from the Far East.
 

    Ying – Quality Assurance and Training Manager
    Ying oversees the recruitment process and coordinates and/or conducts the majority of the telephone interviews. She is also responsible for on-site staff training and makes visits to the centres in the summer to advise and support staff.
    Jo - Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator
    Jo is your first point of contact in the recruitment process. She processes all the applications and paperwork associated with recruitment.

    Jim – Operations Manager
    Jim is responsible for the operations side of our programmes, but on occasions, he also interviews activity staff and Welfare Supervisors, as these are his areas of responsibility.
