Residents can apply  in person
Non-residents can apply by mail to Prosecutor's Office Ministry of Justice

Non-residents may also apply in person at a Greek Embassy/Consulate.

Documents needed

Full name/s, full name/s of parents, date and place of birth of applicant and applicant's parents, last address and details of identity card. For applicants without any form of Greek ID, IOM provides a standard letter of request to the authorities which includes an IOM-allocated registration number.
